WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER FOR UK DELIVERIES?
Our business working days are Monday to Friday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day (Monday to Friday), and all orders placed after 1pm the following working day.
If orders are place on a Friday after 1pm, we will endeavour to dispatch on Saturday morning, however this cannot be guaranteed and dispatch may be made on the following Monday.
We use Royal Mail for delivery of all our orders (except where local delivery is selected) and you will receive an email once dispatched.
Our delivery rates are based on the overall size and weight of your delivery parcel. As such, the cost of delivery is calculated upon checkout of your order, based on the following parameters:
Small Parcels not exceeding: Length: 45cm Width: 35cm Depth: 16cm Weight limit: 2kg
Medium Parcels not exceeding: Length: 61cm Width: 46cm Depth: 46cm Weight limit: 20kg
Free delivery on all orders £50 and above
Free local delivery, within 10km of Manchester M25 postcode
Royal Mail Tracked 24hr (delivery within 24 hours of dispatch):
Small Parcels: £3.95
Medium Parcels: £5.95
Royal Mail Tracked 48hr (delivery within 48 hours of dispatch):
Small parcels: £2.85
Medium Parcels: £4.35
Royal Mail 1st Class (aims to deliver the next working day):
Small parcels: £5.05
Medium Parcels: £7.05
Royal Mail 2nd Class (aims to delivery within 2-3 working days):
Small parcels: £3.95
Medium Parcels: £5.45
LOCAL DELIVERIES
If selected at checkout, we offer free delivery on Monday to Friday, for customers located within 10km of the Manchester M25 postcode.
We charge a £2 delivery fee for this service for orders under £30. For orders £30 and above, this service is free of charge.
Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the same day. If orders are placed following 1pm, we may still be able to deliver same day, however it may be that delivery will need to be made the following day.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not happy and would like to return your item(s), please get in touch with us using either the contact form on this website, or on email: hello@tangerinetaggle.com
We will be more than happy to to either exchange, or refund your item(s).
Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, with all original packaging (where applicable) and in the same saleable condition as received.
We recommend obtaining proof of delivery/receipt for purchase of delivery for your returned item(s).
On receipt of the returned item(s), in the same saleable condition as received (as mentioned above)
we will issue a full refund.
Return shipping to be paid by buyer, unless the item(s) are faulty, in which case the cost of return delivery will be reimbursed (with proof of purchase) along with your refund.
